From the 28^th of May to the 1^st of June, 2007 a training course will be held in Arezzo for 4 participants coming from 4 out of the 6 partner municipalities of Med Cooperation network. The course, jointly organised by the Provincial Authority of Arezzo and Livorno, is focused on territorial marketing to be implemented through the valorisation and promotion of the local traditional products.

The classes will provide the participants with the proper tools to implement an area survey of the traditional Palestinian and Israeli local products. The topics covered during the lessons are the following: rural development, rural mobilization, establishment of consortia as natural step during the valorisation process of foodstuff and handcraft products, communication and promotion projects, definition of traditional product, link between product and territory, establishment of synergies with the other territorial components.

Beside this component, visits to farms and to one Consortium head offices are foreseen in order to make the participants see for themselves the results of the work they will carry on once back home, accordingly to the Tuscan experience and achievements.
